Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Most visits go smoother with an appointment so we can plan your visit time, but our urgent care services accept walk-ins for sudden illness or non-life-threatening injuries.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept Aetna, Cigna, Cofinity, United Health Care, PHCS / MultiPlan, Blue Cross Blue Shield, First Health Network, Medicaid, and Medicare and others.... Visit our insurances page for details on what to bring to your visit.
How do I request an appointment?
Use the Request an Appointment page to pick a weekday and time that works for you. Our front desk will call you back to confirm, usually the same business day.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Once your appointment is confirmed you can reschedule or cancel it yourself using the link in your confirmation email, or call us at 303-364-1422.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, and any paperwork related to your visit, such as immigration or DOT exam forms.
Do you offer immigration (USCIS) and DOT exams?
Yes. Our provider is a USCIS-designated civil surgeon and performs certified immigration exams as well as CDL / DOT exams for commercial driver's license holders.
What are your office hours?
We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We're closed Saturday and Sunday.
