Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Romanat Clinic, Inc. (“Romanat Clinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site — including requesting an appointment, sending a message, or applying for a job — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Not for emergencies
This website, including the appointment request form, is not monitored around the clock and is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this site to report a medical emergency or urgent symptoms.
Appointment requests
Submitting the appointment form sends us a request — it does not book a visit. Our front desk confirms the exact date, time, and any insurance details by phone before an appointment is scheduled. We may decline or need to reschedule a request based on availability or clinical judgment.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form on this site on your own behalf. If you are submitting a request on behalf of a minor or another person in your care, you confirm you are authorized to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.
The staff portal is restricted to authorized personnel. Staff accounts are provisioned by an administrator, are not to be shared, and staff are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under their account. We log administrative activity for security purposes.
Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Attempt to access another patient's or staff member's account or data.
- Submit forms in an automated, bulk, or abusive manner, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the site.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or bypass the site's security measures.
Job applications
Submitting a job application does not guarantee an interview or an offer of employment. We review applications as openings allow and will contact you using the information you provide if we'd like to move forward.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logo, and design of this site belong to Romanat Clinic, Inc. or its licensors. You may view and print pages from this site for your own, personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this site without our permission.
Third-party content
This site embeds a Google Maps view of our location on the Contact page. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of Google or any other third-party service linked from this site.
No warranty
This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or creates a patient-provider relationship — that relationship begins when you are seen at our office.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Romanat Clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including reliance on it to communicate time-sensitive or emergency information.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
